What's different about Your Champion Life Coaching?
The tips and tricks I use are unconventional to the body and athletics because my program is not a “one size fits all” type of program. I have studied and taught the anatomy of the body and how the body was made to work. I work like a sculptor with a piece of clay. A sculptor has different tools to get the outcome he wants. I also have several different and specific tools I use to help achieve the exact outcome you want. Everybody’s body is different and holds fat and muscle in different ways, so they will need a specific program for their body type. I have built a Champion Body, a Champion Mindset, and a Champion Life for myself and for thousands of others. Now, because of the advancement of technology, I am able to come into your home and help you develop the mindset of a Champion and supply you with the right tools that are required for you to achieve the body you've always dreamed of.

What if I'm a complete beginner?
One of my greatest passions is helping people who are beginners. At one point, I stopped helping people win championships and focused on getting people's life back and in their own control. If you are a beginner and have never trained then you are a blank canvas, which is a great place to start! We don't have to tear down or erase current bad habits, behaviors, or belief systems.

What if I'm more advanced?
Ron Williams Champion Life has programs for all levels of fitness. Whether you are focusing on fat shedding, building muscle mass, sculpting your body, or even speed, agility or flexibility, we have the tools to help you achieve your goals. I have worked with athletes and fitness junkies of all kinds and helped them progress in ways they didn't know were possible.

What's the time commitment?
As your Coach, I want you to develop the mentality that your health, wellness, and Champion life is a lifetime commitment. You may only be on the program for 90 days, but during this time period it is my job to help you develop the mentality that you are worth being fit and healthy and a Champion for the rest of your life.

Can you work around injuries?
I'm not a doctor, so I recommend having any injury looked at and evaluated by a physician. My advice is also to listen to your body. If your body is in pain, it's sending you a signal that it needs to be protected and it needs to heal. Sometimes it's good to gently work the area, but depending on the injury you may have to allow it to heal completely before continuing. Again, I reiterate listen to your body and consult a physician.

When can I expect to see results?
If you follow the program as it's laid out, look for noticeable results within 21 days. Keep in mind that this is not a quick fix program (it is NOT a "21-Day Program to a new body" program), but the first 21 days are the first 21 days of the rest of your Champion life!

How many hours per day will I need to commit?
Depending on your program choice you can expect to commit anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half per day.

I was a championship junkie, but winning a championship was only a quick fix. It temporarily said I wasn’t a loser. After more than 250 championships, I still didn’t feel like a Champion. I wanted to BE a Champion, not just win another championship. If you become a Champion, you are a Champion in all areas of your life because it is now a part of who you are.
If you are at a place where you want to give up, all I need is one chance to get you to where you want to be. After that, there will be no need to try again. You can go from overweight or obese to running your first marathon. You can compete in your first Spartan. You can get off those 16 medications. You will finally do things in your life you thought you could never do.
When it comes to nutrition and exercise -- as a Professor I teach it, as a Coach I enforce it, and as an athlete I live it!
This program is NOT just about your body. It’s about changing your MIND and your LIFE. The principles I teach ripple into every aspect of your life: your business, your relationships, your marriage and more.
